roundtheworldtickets.com low cost guarantee

We work extremely hard to bring you the most knowledgeable consultants and the lowest possible prices. We back this up with our RTW Price Guarantee, in the unlikely event that you find a cheaper RTW quote elsewhere in the UK, we will do our very best to beat it. Here’s the rules…

1. If you find a round the world (RTW) fare in economy class on scheduled carriers*** that is available to the UK general public* from a UK-based travel agent or on-line travel company**, on scheduled carriers*** in the same RTW booking class**** then we will beat it.

2. Before booking your RTW with us, obtain an email or a printed confirmation of the competitor travel agent’s RTW airfare quote on headed paper by email, with RTW airfare price, booking conditions, booking class****, travel dates, number of passengers, airline and date of quote clearly shown

3. Call roundtheworldflights.com on the same day you received the quote. Talk to a consultant and let them know how you will be forwarding the competitor’s quote, Email requests can only be accepted following a phone enquiry. Our contact details are here

4. roundtheworldflights.com will check the quote for availability and booking conditions that same day.

5. Where we believe that the competitor’s quote is erroneous or the fare displayed is no longer available to book, we will investigate the pricing over a 24 hour period. If at this point we prove the RTW fare to be incorrect or unavailable, we will quote the correct or next best available fare.

6. If roundtheworldflights.com is able to confirm that the quote is correct and still available to be booked, as per the RTW itinerary quoted, we will not only match it, we’ll beat it!

7.Our guarantee is against the competitor’s initial RTW quote only. We will not enter into an ongoing negotiation on price after the first quote has been bettered.

8. The RTW Price Guarantee can only be applied to airlines that roundtheworldflights.com can book and sell.

9. This guarantee only applies to round the world (RTW) flights tickets ie itineraries that cross the Atlantic and Pacific oceans and also include stops in Asia and/or Africa.

10. All fares must be in UK pounds (GBP) and purchased from a company trading in the UK.

*Fares available to the general public are deemed as fares available to those not registered to a subscription or membership scheme. Our RTW price guarantee is not offered to these groups (including Student, Youth or Under 26 fares).

**Excludes fares offered directly by an airline or airline loyalty scheme.

***Applies to scheduled RTW airlines only (not Charters or Low Cost Airlines) and for travel originating in the UK

****RTW Booking Classes – a definition. Economy class fare levels are managed by ‘booking classes’ assigned by the airlines. The fare level and fare conditions are determined by the ‘booking class’.Each booking class has specified conditions attached, which is reflected in the price paid for that seat. Differences between booking classes relate to the flexibility and/or transferability of the ticket (i.e. the ability after booking and paying for the seat to change elements of the itinerary such as travel date or destination etc). Less ‘flexible’ booking classes may allow changes but at a higher cost than more ‘flexible’ booking classes

Our RTW Price Guarantee will only be honoured if there are seats still available to be booked in the same booking class for the same itinerary with the same booking conditions contained on the competitor’s RTW quote.
